QGF series barreled production line consists of washing, filling and capping. It is suitable for filling all kinds of round and square barrels with drinking water. Those types(barrels/hour) are:100 type,150 type,200 type,300 type,450 type,600 type,900 type,1200 type. The whole line is made of superior stainless steel, anticorrosive and easy to clean. The bottle washer can carry out multiple injections of washing and disinfector to sterilize the bottles. This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy.
